Traditional French Cuisine with a San Antonio Flair
Julia’s is inspired by the elements of complimentary French with Mexican dishes. Named in part after Julia Child, the excitement for food done well is our basic inspiration. Our aim is teaching the community how similar these cuisines can be in foundation. We want to inspire diners and leave them understanding the delicate coordination behind our recipes and execution.
Jean Francois Poujol is the fearless leader behind Julia’s. Jean has been in the restaurant industry for many years and was behind some of the best SA establishments in San Antonio including Tost & Tribeca.
Chef Simon Romero is leading the kitchen to create traditional French cuisine in a comfortable setting.
We are excited to introduce our new Happy Hour menu from 5pm-7pm on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday & Saturday. It features Spicy Truffle Fries, Grilles Caesar Salad, Fried Quail Legs, and Oysters – all for under $10. We also have specialty cocktails for $5 and 50% wine by the glass.
