Our aim is to teach the community how similar these cuisines can be in the foundation. We want to inspire diners and leave them understanding the delicate coordination behind our recipes and execution.

Jean Francois Poujol is the fearless leader behind Julia’s. Jean has been in the restaurant industry for many years and was behind some of the best SA establishments in San Antonio including Tost & Tribeca. Chef Joshua Ybarra is leading the kitchen to create traditional French cuisine in a comfortable setting. We are excited to introduce our new Happy Hour menu from 5 pm-7 pm on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday & Saturday. It features Spicy Truffle Fries, Grill Caesar Salad, and Fresh East Coast Oysters – all for under $12.

We also have specialty cocktails for $6 and 25%

wine by the glass.

Julia’s is inspired by the elements of complimentary French with Mexican dishes. Named in part after Julia Child, the excitement for food done well is our basic inspiration.
